At Espada de Valkiria, you have a 28-day return guarantee. Here’s how it works in each case:
🔄 Want to cancel your order?
If we haven’t shipped it yet, let us know, and we’ll cancel it without any problem. You’ll receive a full refund.
📦 Did your order arrive damaged?
We’re really sorry! 😞 Please email us at info@espadadevalkiria.com with photos of the product, and we’ll help you find a solution.
🚚 Was your package undeliverable?
If the package is returned to us because it couldn’t be delivered, we will resend it, but without a refund. Before reshipping, we’ll contact you to understand what happened.
If there have been two failed delivery attempts, a new shipment will be arranged, but in this case, you will need to cover the shipping costs. Once we receive the payment, we’ll send the package again and provide you with the updated tracking number.
💔 Not what you expected and want to return it?
If you changed your mind, no worries! Just follow these steps:
1️⃣ Email us at info@espadadevalkiria.com with your order number and the products you’d like to return. If you share the reason, it would help us improve.
2️⃣ We’ll provide you with the address where you need to send the package.
3️⃣ Once we receive it and verify that everything is in good condition, we’ll refund the product amount.
